My name is Brittany and I attend North Salinas High School. My Grandma plays an important role in influencing my artwork because she loves bright colors and always has a kind attitude. Impressionism inspires me. The most eye-opening thing I have learned in art class is that I can do anything I want in my artwork and use my creativity to its full potential. I chose to use acrylic paint for this painting because it’s easy and smooth to work with. I want the viewer to learn to be creative, unique, and colorful from viewing my painting. 

I feel freedom when I create art.
