My name is Martha and I am from where you are from. I am a Senior at Alisal High School. I am currently taking Art 1-2, a beginning art course. This is my first time taking an art class. Prior to this course my goal was to further improve my drawing.

Watercolor is something I enjoy using aside from color pencils, I don't typically use the pencils anymore after I got a watercolor pallet. I get very picky when I must color. If I don’t like the way it turns out, I give it up or color it over and leave it. That is the same when I do digital art. I use an app called ibisPaint that I find easy to use. I like to redraw my art and do the coloring in the app.

The piece is called “Woozu”, it's just a bunch of my favorite characters from a show, movie, and games. I've been giving it a lot of thought about what to draw and wanted to express how I enjoy these characters' flaws, personalities, and actions. 

One of the things I admire most about artists is the creativity of emotions when put into one drawing on paper or digitally. This year I plan to focus on developing color theory, more digital art, animation, body anatomy, watercolor, and perspective.
